OVERVIEW
FIDL-5S-808X is 808nm AlGaAs/GaAs MQW fabricated by
MOCVD semiconductor laser diode. Low threshold current
and high slope efficiency contribute to low operating current enhancing reliability. Lifetime expectancy exceeds 10000 hours at 25°C. FIDL-5S-808X is a CW single mode injection semiconductor laser diode in SOT-242 5.6mm
can with built-in monitor photodiode to stabilize output power. The laser diode is suitable for application in various optoelectronic systems.
