Description
The fixed-focus aspheric fiber optical collimator developed by CSRayzer is used to collimate the light output by the optical fiber cable of FC/APC or FC/PC connector.
The aspheric lens has chromatic aberration, and its effective focal length (EFL) is related to the wavelength, which provides diffraction limit at the design wavelength and has good achromatic effect. It is very suitable for optical fiber coupling applications.
Each collimator is pre-aligned before leaving the factory, and in order to reduce surface reflection, both sides of each lens are coated with antireflection films. The collimator is compact in structure design and convenient for integration and installation. At present, it can provide typical wavelengths such as 405nm, 532nm, 543nm, 633nm, 780nm, 852nm, 980nm, 1064nm and 1550nm according to customer requirements.

Features
The fixed aspheric fiber collimator provided by CSRayzer has no moving parts, compact structure and is not affected by misalignment, which can simplify the coupling of free-space laser to fiber.
- Chromatic Aberration Correction: The aspheric lens is designed to correct chromatic aberration, providing a diffraction limit at the design wavelength and excellent achromatic performance.
- Pre-Aligned Collimators: Each collimator is pre-aligned before leaving the factory to ensure optimal performance.
- Anti-Reflection Coating: Both sides of each lens are coated with anti-reflection films to reduce surface reflection.
- Compact Design: The collimator features a compact structure, making it convenient for integration and installation.
- Customizable Wavelengths: Available in typical wavelengths such as 405nm, 532nm, 543nm, 633nm, 780nm, 852nm, 980nm, 1064nm, and 1550nm, according to customer requirements.
Applications
- Optical Fiber Coupling: The fixed focus aspheric fiber optic collimator is ideal for coupling light from optical fiber cables with FC/APC or FC/PC connectors
