BOX Optronics Tech's LAN-WDM 10mW Fiber Coupled Laser (Model: BFLD-XXXX-10SM-FA) is a high-performance DFB laser with multi-quantum well (MQW) structure, engineered for reliable operation compliant with Telcordia GR-468 and RoHS standards. Boasting 10mW high output power, it features an industry-standard 14PIN butterfly package integrated with a thermoelectric cooler (TEC) and optical isolator, ensuring stable thermal control and optical performance. 

Ideal for C/DWDM systems, laser sources, CATV systems and fiber optical sensors, it delivers excellent electro-optical characteristics at 25℃ laser temperature: a narrow center wavelength tolerance (λc±1nm), 35dB minimum side-mode suppression ratio (SMSR) and 30dB minimum optical isolation. With a low threshold current (9-13mA) and rated forward current (80-100mA), it balances efficiency and power. The laser supports SM/PM fiber types with a 1.0±0.1m 900μm loose tube pigtail and FC/APC connector, and offers two PIN-OUT configurations for flexible integration.

It has robust environmental adaptability, with a storage temperature range of -40~85℃ and operating case temperature of -20~70℃, and withstands strict mechanical and electrical stress limits. Customizable wavelength options across LA01-LA21 channels (1266.50nm-1345.50nm) make it a versatile solution for diverse fiber optical applications.
