Description
The BFL-808-05M1-FU-M is a high-power 808 nm multimode fiber-coupled pump source designed and manufactured by BOX Optronics Tech.
Based on high-performance semiconductor laser chips, this module adopts a 105/125 μm fiber with 0.22 NA and FC/UPC connector to ensure efficient and stable laser output. It operates in continuous-wave (CW) mode with a center wavelength of 808 nm (range: 803–813 nm) and offers three standard output power levels: 5 W, 10 W, and 20 W. Equipped with a dedicated constant-current drive circuit, the pump source delivers excellent stability with power instability ≤ ±0.02 dB within 15 minutes and ≤ ±0.05 dB over 8 hours.
It supports two packaging forms: compact module (125(L)×150(W)×31(H) mm, 12 VDC/15 A) and benchtop (195(W)×220(D)×120(H) mm, 100–240 VAC). Device monitoring and control are realized through a DB9 female (RS232) communication interface. This pump source is widely applied in fiber laser pumping, biomedical research, and laser material processing. It features reliable performance, flexible configuration, and easy integration.
To ensure safe operation and long lifetime, proper heat dissipation, clean fiber connector endfaces, and standard laser safety protection are required. The operating temperature ranges from +15 °C to +50 °C, making it suitable for industrial and laboratory environments.
