Description
The BFL-1064-20M1-FU-M is a 1064 nm multimode fiber-coupled high-power pump source developed by BOX Optronics Tech, built on high-performance semiconductor laser chips for reliable industrial and research use.
It features a 105/125 μm fiber with 0.22 NA and FC/UPC connector, delivering stable output power at typical 9 W, 25 W, or 50 W levels in continuous-wave (CW) mode. The operating wavelength ranges from 1054 nm to 1074 nm, centered at 1064 nm. This pump source offers high output power and high stability, with power instability ≤ ±0.02 dB within 15 minutes and ≤ ±0.05 dB over 8 hours. It is driven by a professionally designed constant-current circuit to ensure safe and stable operation.
The module version measures 125(L)×150(W)×31(H) mm and is powered by 12 VDC / 15 A, while a benchtop package is also available with 100–240 VAC input. Communication is supported via a DB9 female (RS232) interface. It is widely used in fiber laser pumping, biomedical research, and material laser processing.
Proper heat dissipation, clean fiber connector endfaces, and suitable laser safety eyewear are required for safe operation. The unit supports current ramping from zero to set value and features an operating temperature range of +15 °C to +50 °C. This compact, stable pump source is ideal for integration and OEM applications.
