It features a fixed 1578nm center wavelength (±1nm tolerance at 15~35℃ laser temperature) and a stable 10mW optical output power, paired with industry-standard 14PIN butterfly packaging integrated with a built-in thermoelectric cooler (TEC) and optical isolator for optimal thermal control and optical isolation (≥30dB at -10~70℃).
Boasting excellent electro-optical characteristics, this laser diode delivers a narrow spectral linewidth (≤3MHz FWHM), high side-mode suppression ratio (≥35dB CW), and low relative intensity noise (-145dB at 5mW CW output), ensuring superior signal quality. It has a typical threshold current of 10mA, operating current of 120mA at rated power, and a 2.5GHz -3dB bandwidth, balancing efficiency and high-speed performance. With a 25-year lifetime wavelength drift of only ±0.1nm, it offers long-term stability for critical applications.
