Description
The 1550 nm polarization-maintaining pulsed fiber laser is a fully integrated module built with narrow-linewidth PM seed laser, AOM frequency shifter, EY-doped PM fiber amplifier, circulator and multi-channel PM optical switch. It covers 1548–1552 nm with seed linewidth ≤200 kHz, offering configurable 100/200/300 ns pulse widths at 20 kHz repetition rate, delivering single pulse energy up to 12 μJ and max average power 300 mW.
It supports internal/external TTL modulation via SMA sync ports, features >100 dB AOM extinction ratio, >15 dB polarization extinction ratio and <5% 1-hour power stability. Housed in a 150×180×45 mm chassis with FC/APC PM1550 fiber outputs, it operates on 24 V DC within -40~+60 ℃, widely deployed as high-performance light sources for LiDAR systems with customizable fiber length and pulse parameters.
