The LAN-WDM DFB Laser Diode BFLD-XXXX-10SM-FA from BOX Optronics is a high-performance semiconductor laser diode designed for applications in LAN, WAN, and metro networks. This laser diode operates at multiple wavelengths within the 1273.55nm to 1309.14nm range, offering high output power of 10 to 20mW. It is fabricated in a hermetic sealed 14-pin butterfly package, which includes a built-in TEC (Thermo-Electric Cooler), thermistor, monitor photodiode, and optical isolator. The laser diode is available with single-mode (SM) or polarization-maintaining (PM) fibers, providing flexibility for various applications.
