Description
Wavelength stabilized diode laser provides narrow linewidth and very small wavelength drift against current and temperature. This 981nm laser diode comes with a 2-pin hermetically sealed package measuring 48x33x14mm. It emits max.30W CW from a 105µm core and 0.22NA fiber pigtail. The wavelength starts to be locked from about 15W and lower.
