BLD-F450-60-22N0 is Box Optronics' high-brightness 450 nm semiconductor laser module that delivers 60 W continuous power from a compact, fiber-coupled package.
Built on a single-emitter GaN chip, the light is efficiently coupled into a 106.5 µm core, 0.22 NA multimode fiber terminated with FC/APC, SMA905 or bare end, giving users a 1.5 m flexible pigtail that is easy to integrate. The narrow 4.5 nm spectral width, 0.3 A threshold and 25 W/A slope efficiency ensure stable, low-noise performance for demanding applications.
The module operates from 20-30 °C with only 2.6-3.0 A drive current at 82 V, achieving 20 % wall-plug efficiency and a wavelength temperature coefficient of 0.1 nm °C⁻¹ for predictable thermal tuning. A 37.5 mm minimum bend radius and RoHS-compliant construction simplify system layout, while internal ESD protection and a <1 cm² K/W thermal resistance guarantee reliable long-term operation when mounted on an adequate heat sink.
