Description
The VPSL-0635-010-x-5-A/B is a 0.63 µm band, AlGalnP index guided, laser diode with a multi-quantum well (MQW) structure. It is suitable as a light source for laser pointers and optical equipment for alignment. Combined with an integrated, internal, beam correcting optic and encased in a hermetic sealed package, this is a high-performance, highly reliable, and long life laser diode.
