Features
- We use advanced micro-nano photolithography technology and adopt wafer-level silicon as the substrate, which is particularly suitable for 1550nm and 2940nm wavelength bands.
- The square microlens array can also be designed in circular, hexagonal, or freely defined shapes.
- The standard sub-aperture unit ranges from 127.0μm to 1500.0μm, with customization available for any sub-aperture size within the 10–1500μm range.
The standard focal length ranges from 0.53 to 35, and can be customized as needed. - The lens surface profile can be spherical, aspherical, or freeform.
We can fabricate multiplemicro lenses on the same wafer.
Applications
- Beam Shapping and Collimation: In the coupling between fiber arrays and optical devices, beam collimation, focusing, and coupling are required. Silicon microlens arrays can be used for beam shaping at fiber end faces, suitable for data center modules and metropolitan area network transmission equipment.
- Machine Vision: In machine vision, sensing and lighting devices require highly efficient and uniform light sources. Silicon microlens arrays can shape and homogenize the beam, ensuring efficient and uniform light distribution.
- Medical Optical Devices: In medical devices such as optical modules for in vitro diagnostics, optical coherence tomography (OCT) scanners, and endoscopes, silicon microlens arrays can be used for beam splitting, collimation, and focusing to ensure image brightness, uniformity, and high resolution.
