SF6XXX is a series of high power, compact OEM constant current laser diode drivers. This unique laser driver circuit solution allows achieving high efficiency (up to 97%) and high power density. Aluminum base plate provides effective heat removal from laser diode driver module via water or air cooling. This laser current driver has generous amount of protection features for a safe operation of laser diodes.
