The HATLS4000-10 Tunable Semiconductor Laser Module (model HTLS4-C-Band) is a high-performance optical device engineered for precision optical testing and communication applications, boasting a broad tunable wavelength range of over 40nm (typical 1525-1567nm) in the C-band.
It delivers exceptional wavelength performance with absolute accuracy of ±10pm, repeatability of ±3pm and stability of ±1pm, ensuring ultra-precise optical output for critical measurements. The module features fast tuning speed (≤1us step) and high scanning efficiency, with full-wavelength scanning up to 250Hz at a 10pm step, and a fixed typical scanning step of 10pm for flexible operation. In terms of optical power, it provides a minimum output of 10dBm, paired with superior power stability (±0.05dBm) and flatness (≤±0.3dB for photodiodes), guaranteeing consistent performance.
It also excels in optical quality with a side-mode suppression ratio >35dB, relative intensity noise < -135dB/Hz and a static linewidth of 5MHz. With an FC/APC fiber interface, it offers reliable optical connection, and operates stably in a wide temperature range of -20°C to 65°C with low power consumption (5V/2A, typical <5W).
