Description
BFLD-1550-1HPM-FA is a 100 mW, continuous-wave, narrow-linewidth DFB laser module in a standard 14-pin butterfly package.
Centered at 1550 nm with typical linewidth ≤1 MHz, it delivers ultra-stable, single-frequency output through PM fiber with FC/APC connector. The device integrates a high-performance MQW DFB chip, TEC, thermistor, monitor photodiode and 30 dB optical isolator, ensuring low noise, low drift and excellent SMSR (>45 dB).
Operating current is 600 mA typical, bandwidth 2.5 GHz, RIN ≤-160 dB/Hz, and polarization extinction ≥20 dB. Hermetic sealing and Telcordia-qualified components guarantee 25-year lifetime wavelength drift within ±0.1 nm.
Designed for coherent detection, microwave photonics, DWDM transmission and high-precision fiber sensing, the module provides turnkey, turnkey-ready CW light that is both reliable and easy to integrate.
