The F98 Fiber Gyro Coil by CSRayzer is purpose-built for integration into Φ98 mm closed-loop Fiber Optic Gyroscopes (FOGs), delivering medium precision performance in a compact and robust package. Engineered using CSRayzer’s proprietary high-performance fiber coil winding system (ZKRZ-RHJ4.0), the F98 coil is ideal for cost-sensitive applications that still demand reliability, low noise, and stable performance.
Constructed with PM1550/80/135 polarization-maintaining fiber, the F98 coil operates at 1550 nm, providing excellent insertion loss control and minimal signal degradation. With 90 precision-controlled turns across 52 layers and a total winding length of 1230 meters, this fiber coil ensures dependable output with strong resistance to vibration and environmental stress. It is well-suited for vehicle positioning systems, aircraft and ship attitude systems, and satellite attitude control units.
Its compact inner diameter (75 mm) and low profile make it ideal for embedded navigation subsystems. CSRayzer also offers custom coil designs and winding services tailored to your unique integration requirements.
