Description
Photonics Industries, a leader in intracavity generation with over 28 years of manufacturing expertise, presents the DX UV/Green Short Pulse Nanosecond Lasers. With a legacy of tens of thousands of shipments globally, we offer the most extensive selection of nanosecond (ns) UV lasers, ranging from 1W to 55W at 355nm, and Green lasers from 2W to 100W at 532nm.
Our DX Series stands out with its compact form factor, superior performance, and shorter pulse widths compared to its predecessor, the DSH series. This series delivers the most compact UV output powers from 15W to 55W and Green output powers from 30W to 100W, with the added option of longer pulse versions. Our lasers incorporate key patented technologies that utilize non-consumable THG crystals, eliminating the need for indexing. This results in more efficient harmonic conversion, providing enhanced pulse-to-pulse stability and superior mode quality in a streamlined, compact laser configuration.
The DX Series is equipped with standard Total Pulse Control features, such as PEC and Duty Control, allowing for consistent pulse energy and pulse width across a wide range of repetition rates. This ensures tight process control at high speeds, contributing to a low cost of operation due to higher power and faster throughput. The All-In-One (AIO) design of the DX Series integrates common optical, electrical, and command interfaces within a robust industrial package. This facilitates easy integration into 24/7 precision micromachining environments, supporting extended production cycles. The combination of high power, compact design, and efficient operation makes the DX Series an ideal choice for demanding industrial applications.
