Features

  • High Average Power Output: Delivers over 1.5 W at 4.6 µm and over 1 W at 4.0 µm. Other wavelengths between 3.8 µm and 12 µm are available.

  • Wavelength Stabilization: Features a built-in wavelength dispersive element for precise wavelength control, ensuring reliable operation in various environments.

  • Quasi-CW Operation: Operates in a high duty cycle pulsed mode, with factory-set pulse durations of 200 ns to 500 ns and repetition rates of 500 kHz to 2.0 MHz.

  • Customizable Output: Optional configurations offer variable pulse width from 20 ns to 200 ns, repetition rates from 50 kHz to 2.5 MHz, and duty cycles from 0.05% to 50%.

  • Wavelength Options: Standard wavelengths include ~4.0 µm, ~4.6 µm, ~8.5 µm, and ~9.5 µm. Custom wavelengths between 3.8 µm and 12 µm are available upon request.

  • Precision Beam Control: Features a beam divergence of 3 mrad both vertically and horizontally, with nearly collimated output via an internal lens.

  • Hermetically Sealed Package: Ensures high reliability and stability in all environmental conditions.

  • Compact and Lightweight Design: Measures 12.5 cm (L) x 5 cm (W) x 3 cm (H) and weighs only 250 g, including the integrated electronics board.

  • Simple Electrical Requirements: Operates on 24 V DC at 1 A, making integration into existing systems straightforward.
