Description
This 915nm high-power fiber coupled diode laser model BLD-F915-1K-400-22N0 features a single-emitter laser design with a rated output power of 1000W, covering an effective wavelength range from 905nm to 925nm and a typical spectral width of 4.5nm up to 6nm. It is equipped with a 400μm core fiber with 0.22 numerical aperture, delivering outstanding beam quality and stable transmission performance.
The laser operates with a typical threshold current of 1.5A, maximum operating current of 35A, and operating voltage ranging from 59V to 62V, achieving a high power conversion efficiency of 48%. Designed with wide working conditions, its operating temperature ranges from 15℃ to 55℃, and storage temperature from -30℃ to 70℃.
The fiber length is 1.0–1.5 meters with a 0.9mm loose tube structure, fully complying with RoHS standards. Widely applied in medical treatment, industrial printing, material processing and fiber laser pumping sources, the device requires standard ESD protection and proper heat dissipation during operation to ensure long-term reliability and safety.
