Description
The BFLD-XXXX-10XX-XX is a high-performance C/L-band DWDM DFB butterfly laser diode, optimized for optical transmission and sensing systems. It features a high-quality MQW DFB chip with minimum 10mW optical output, precise center wavelength tolerance of ±0.2nm, typical SMSR up to 50dB, spectral linewidth below 5MHz, and RIN ≤-145dB/Hz, delivering stable and low-noise light output.
Housed in an industry-standard 14-pin butterfly package, it integrates a TEC, thermistor, and optical isolator with ≥30dB isolation. It operates at a case temperature from -20℃ to 70℃, with low threshold current and high slope efficiency. The product meets Telcordia GR-468 and RoHS requirements, ensuring long-term reliability.
Supports full DWDM channel wavelengths in C/L band, with SMF-28e or PM1550 pigtail and standard FC/APC connector. It is widely used in DWDM systems, precision laser sources, and fiber optic sensors.
