Description
This 1550nm DFB narrow linewidth laser features an ultranarrow spectral linewidth of less than 100KHz, delivering high output power ranging from 100mW to 150mW. It adopts high-performance DFB laser chip design, with excellent side-mode suppression ratio over 40dB and built-in optical isolator up to 40dB, ensuring stable spectral performance and anti-interference capability.
Integrated with TEC cooling circuit and monitor PD inside the butterfly package, the laser realizes precise temperature control and real-time power monitoring. It supports stable wavelength operation within 1545~1555nm at 15~35℃, with extremely low wavelength drift of ±0.1nm over 25-year service life. The device is fitted with PM1550 polarization-maintaining fiber, 900μm loose tube pigtail and standard FC/APC connector for easy system integration.
Compliant with Telcordia GR-468 and RoHS standards, it boasts reliable ESD protection and wide operating temperature range. Widely applied in LiDAR, wind radar, fiber optical sensing and coherent communication systems, it is an ideal light source for high-precision coherent detection and scientific research applications.
