Description
The BLD-F976V-30-22N0 is a high-brightness 976 nm fiber-coupled diode laser that delivers 30 W of continuous-wave power from a compact, industry-standard package.
Built on a single-emitter chip with wavelength-stabilizing Bragg grating technology, it locks the peak emission to 976 ± 0.5 nm, making it an ideal pump source for Yb-doped fiber lasers and amplifiers.
The light is coupled into a 105/125 µm, 0.22 NA multimode fiber with ≤ 0.18 NA output, preserving beam quality for efficient splice-to-double-clad fibers. A 0.9 m pigtail terminated with FC/PC, SMA905 or bare end offers plug-and-play integration, while the 0.9 mm loose-tube jacket provides bend protection with a 37.5 mm minimum radius.
Operating at 45 % conversion efficiency, the module needs only 10.5 A at 6.2 V, minimizing heat load and easing thermal management. The wide 15 – 55 °C case temperature range and integrated ESD shield suit demanding industrial environments, from medical illumination to kilowatt-class laser machining.
Every unit is RoHS compliant and burn-in screened for long-term reliability, giving system builders a cost-effective, field-proven pump engine for next-generation fiber laser systems.
