OVERVIEW
Experts in tunable diode lasers for gas sensing applications, offer the EP1654DM-B laser for Methane (CH4) detection which is continuously tunable from 1640 nm to 1670 nm. This laser diode is ideal for tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS), providing a low maintenance solution for real-time trace gas sensing (ppm or ppb levels) in harsh environments. The EP1654-DM-B diode laser takes advantage of proprietary discrete-mode (DM) technology which produces a tunable single frequency output with excellent SMSR, similar to traditional DFB lasers without the mode hops inherent to most DFBs.
