CCD Vision Laser Marking Machine with XY Stage for PCB and Electronics Manufacturing

The VIPIN-FSD-XY20FB is a 20W fiber laser marking machine with CCD visual positioning and XY motion platform, designed for high-precision marking of PCBs, electronic components, and industrial parts. Featuring a vision-guided alignment system and 300 × 400 mm XY travel, this machine enables accurate marking of randomly positioned parts, making it ideal for automated and high-throughput production environments.

The system supports both 1064 nm fiber laser marking for metals and optional 355 nm UV laser marking for plastics and sensitive materials, providing flexibility across a wide range of applications.

The 300 × 400 mm XY motion platform enables large-area marking and flexible positioning, making the system ideal for batch processing and multi-part layouts.

With ±0.03 mm repeatability and a galvo scanning system, the machine ensures consistent, high-quality results even for fine features and micro-marking applications. 

At the heart of this machine is its powerful laser system, which combines UV and Fiber laser types to offer versatility and adaptability. The laser power options of 5W and 20W, along with laser lengths of 355nm and 1064nm, ensure that the machine can handle a wide range of marking tasks with precision. The machine's field lens range of 100mm by 100mm and XY module travel of 300mm by 400mm provide ample working space, while the manual Z-axis adjustment allows for flexibility in focus settings.

The VIPIN-FSD—XY20FB is equipped with a CCD visual marking positioning system, which enhances accuracy and repeatability, achieving a repeating accuracy of ±0.03mm on flat surfaces. The inclusion of a high-resolution 1200W camera and a 12mm camera lens ensures that every detail is captured with clarity. The machine's digital light source control, combined with a combo strip light or ring light, provides optimal illumination for precise marking.

Designed with the operator in mind, this laser marking machine features a user-friendly interface powered by the VIPin Laser System software, available in both Chinese and English. The machine's compact size of 600mm by 800mm by 1450mm and approximate weight of 150KG make it suitable for various industrial settings. Its manual incoming materials handling and movement control via unit/servo motor/stepping motor/electric relay ensure smooth and efficient operation.
