The VIPIN-4545ATN-01 is a high-precision UV PCB laser marking machine (355 nm) designed for marking sensitive materials in SMT production lines. Unlike traditional thermal laser systems, UV laser processing enables “cold marking,” minimizing heat-affected zones and delivering clean, high-contrast marks on plastics, ICs, and delicate electronic components.
Equipped with a high-speed galvanometer scanning system, the machine achieves marking speeds up to 7000 mm/s while maintaining positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm and repeatability of ±0.02 mm, ensuring consistent results in high-throughput manufacturing environments.
