The LDPA 0003R PINFET has high sensitivity, wide dynamic range, user adjustable gain, and operates at 1310, 1550nm. It also has an 850NM option available, a hermetic package, custom MIL or IEC screening, and is RoHS compliant. The performance @ 25°C (+/- 5.0 VDC) is listed in the datasheet.
The Control Voltage Range (Pin 13) is -4.5 to 0.0 V.
