Description
The QE Pro is a scientific-grade, high-sensitivity spectrometer designed to deliver exceptional performance for UV–NIR measurements. Featuring a back-thinned CCD (Hamamatsu S7031-1006) with ~90% peak quantum efficiency and TE-cooling, the device minimizes dark noise for ultra-clean signals.
Its powerful onboard buffer stores up to 15,000 spectra, ensuring data integrity during fast acquisition bursts. With high dynamic range enabled by 18-bit A/D electronics, it excels in low-light and wide-range detection.
Custom models are available - including UV-Vis (200–790 nm), Vis-NIR (220–1100 nm), and XR (190–1100 nm) - plus pre-configurations tailored for fluorescence, absorbance (ABS), and Raman applications. TE cooling ensures thermal stability, while optional internal shutters improve dark correction workflows. Connectivity options include USB 2.0 and RS-232, supporting both PC and embedded system integration.
