NNS-Z50-01 is a Z-axis motion stage, the closed loop travel range is 50μm ,the closed loop resolution is 0.5nm. It has the characteristics of high load, high resonant frequency and high bandwidth. The surface is black anodized for optical applications. This stage can be side-mounted.
