Description
This is a 65W 878.5nm Fiber Coupled Diode Laser with VBG. The fiber-coupled laser diode uses 200μm, 0.22NA with an output power of 65W . It can be applied to pump fiber lasers, medical treatment, semiconductor lasers and fiber lasers, and material processing.
For tolerance wavelength locked, a reflective volume Bragg grating is used in order to solve the problem of semiconductor laser wavelength locking and narrow line width. It reduces the sensitivity of the grating to ambient temperature and vibration, and has achieved remarkable results in wavelength stabilization and line width compression of high-power semiconductor lasers.
Based on the angle and wavelength selectivity of the volume Bragg grating, the light waves emitted by each unit in the external cavity of the laser array are selected and fed back to the adjacent units to realize phase-locking of the external cavity of the laser array, and the spectral width is compressed to ten times of the original width.
First, the corresponding far-field divergence angle is below 1.5 mrad, which greatly improves the quality and stability of the beam output, so it is widely used.
