- Laser depaneling: The CWVC-5L laser depaneling machine combines innovative technologies to provide the flexibility of a traditional drill router and the speed of a depaneling press in a completely stress-free, dust-reduced laser depaneling solution.
- Stress-free depaneling: Using a laser for the depaneling process means that the cut is achieved without touching the PCB. No-contact cutting means no stress on the PCB or the depaneled components on that PCB.
- No stress on the PCB or components ensures no failures due to stress cracks, thus improving the quality and performance of the end product.
- Fixed laser assembly: The fixed laser assembly guarantees consistently accurate cuts. The focus of the beam does not move, and the laser accuracy does not degrade due to wear and tear of the machine and motor.
- Dramatically reduced dust: Laser routing significantly reduces dust compared to traditional cutting with a router drill or saw.
- Dramatically reduced dust means no secondary process steps are required to remove dust left behind by the depaneling process.
- No dust means no foreign matter on the PCB or end product that could cause failure or contamination.
- Dual Shuttle Feed: Dual Shuttle Feed offers speed, flexibility and accuracy. It provides the ability to run one PCB very quickly or the flexibility to run two different programs simultaneously. The cycle time for the PCB shuttling process is less than 2 seconds. Running two products simultaneously reduces changeover time to zero.
- High Precision Linear Motors on All Axes: With high precision linear motor technology on all axes, every machine move is very fast and accurate.
