Gentec-EO PH100-SIUV-D0 Photodiode Detector
Description
The PH100-SIUV-D0 is a high-precision photodiode detector from Gentec-EO designed for laser power measurement up to 4 mW. This device features a large 10 mm Ø aperture and is available in multiple versions:
Silicon (350 - 1080 nm, up to 750 mW), Silicon-UV (210 - 1080 nm, up to 38 mW), and Germanium (800 - 1650 nm, up to 500 mW). The detector provides a range of attenuators for flexible power control, including OD0.3 (50% transmission), OD1 (10% transmission), and OD2 (1% transmission).
Designed for high accuracy, the PH100-SIUV-D0 provides wavelength selection in 1 nm steps and the lowest calibration uncertainty in its class, making it suitable for demanding applications. It also offers a fast rise time of just 0.2 seconds and a high peak sensitivity of 0.45 A/W at 850 nm.
With a smart interface to store calibration data and compatibility with Gentec-EO monitors, this detector is an ideal choice for precise laser power measurements in a variety of industrial and research applications.
