These modules are used to control the current of laser diodes, used in a range of applications requiring drive currents of up to 1A. Applications include Fiber Laser, Direct Drive Laser Diodes, DPSS and EDFA. ​These modules feature all the required drive circuitry for constant-current operation, along with over-current and over-temperature protection circuitry. The modules come in a small form factor package (20mm X 27.5mm X 6mm), and uniquely to ModularOne; versions are available to allow for grounded-case operation for all available laser diode ​assemblies. (Refer to \"Laser Diode Configurations\" document for further details). They feature an integrated Voltage Reference; Temperature Sensor and are specifed over the industrial temperature range.
