XQ7180 is used mainly for manufacturing signal pump optical fiber combiners and special cone-shaped fiber rods including higher power 3x1, 4x1, (6+1)x1, 7x1, etc. Its main feature is lengthening the tapering lead screw movement length (200-500mm), it is designed with unilateral/reverse/same direction/conflating tapering mode of fiber holders which can make uniform and accelerated/decelerated movement, equipped with special fiber holders and water-cooled heaters, high-definition measurement CCD microscope, large diameter on-line cleaver and on-line tension testing function, can perfectly achieve the production of a variety of specifications of optical combiners. XQ7180 is stable, reliable, easy to use and can increase or decrease functions according to the customers’ needs.
