This Wide Beam Laserrangefinder Transceiver Module is specially developed for anti-drone system which range ≥1km at drone targets 0.2m×0.3m.It is based on a 400uJ diode pumpmed Er^3+:Yb^3+:Phosphate glass active element solid state laser transmitter with wide beam divergence ≧8.5mrad for large enough space covering UAVs.
