Acton Optics presents VUV/UV Laser Beamsplitters featuring multilayer, dielectric, low-absorption coatings tailored for laser output couplers and beam-splitting applications.
These beamsplitters cover a broad wavelength range from 126 nm to 353 nm, calibrated precisely for reflectance and transmittance at specified laser wavelengths and angles of incidence, ensuring exceptional performance in high-power laser applications.
Standard beamsplitters are optimized for random polarization, but Acton Optics can customize designs for horizontal "P" polarization or vertical "S" polarization upon request. Anti-reflection coatings for rear surfaces are available, and coatings can be applied to Acton's standard substrates, custom substrates, and customer-supplied materials (CSM).
