Description
SF8XXX-ZIF14 series laser diode controller is specially designed to work with laser diodes in butterfly packaging with 14 pin pump laser diodes. These drivers include high stability current source (0.01mА) for laser diode and TEC for maintaining a precise temperature through a Peltier element (TEM) (+/- 0.01 °C). Driver have an integrated mounting Azimuth socket for butterfly packaged devices and large heat sink for stable heat dissipation.
