1.54 µm Eye-safe long distance laser rangefinder transceiver/module based on diode pumped monoblock microchip Er^3+, Yb^3+:Phosphate glass monolithic laser cavity transmitter with compact design and light weight assure OEM integration easy.

One series of such transceivers are commercially available upon request for OEM integrations based on monolithic laser cavity configurations for single pulse energy 100uJ,200uJ,300uJ,400uJ and 500uJ with range of 3km-12km at NATO targets 2.3m*2.3m.The modules are delivered without enclosure enabling OEM-users to embed the module into
their own systema or devices.
