Features

  • High Voltage Pulses: The QBU-BT series delivers high voltage pulses with fast rise and fall times, ensuring optimal performance for laser industry applications.

  • Adjustable Parameters: Users can adjust voltage amplitude, pulse width, and operating frequency via RS-232 or the front panel, providing flexibility in various applications.

  • Multiple Triggering Options: The device can be triggered by an internal clock or an external device, offering versatility in synchronization.

  • Bipolar Output: The module produces a bipolar output, allowing for efficient high voltage pulse formation with a voltage difference description.

  • Delay Management: The driver includes a refresh feature to manage output delays, ensuring consistent performance even with extended pulse widths or intervals.

  • Symmetrical Measurement: Output voltage should be measured using a symmetrical high voltage probe to prevent equipment failure and ensure accuracy.

Applications

QBU-BT is a high-voltage regulated power supply, either pulsed or continuous, allowing to control a birefringence of an electro-optical crystal (KTP, KD*P, BBO, etc.) in order to drive the polarization direction of the light propagating through the crystal.

Bench-top Pockels cell drivers are suitable for laboratory modules. Input from mains, easy-to-control interface. Many adjustable parameters.
