Description
The acousto-optic deflector (AOD) is a device that can continuously change the angle of a beam within a certain range, and can scan the beam in one dimensional and two-dimensional directions. The frequency of the ultrasound loaded by the acousto-optic deflector changes, while the power of the ultrasound remains unchanged, so that the position of the diffracted light changes, while the diffraction efficiency remains unchanged.
