The Vacuum Beaming™ Assemblies allow for 4-axis manual control of the beam path under vacuum, with yaw, pitch, rotation, and position adjustments made possible through a highly stable flexure mount.
These assemblies support substrates up to 3 inches and feature a KF 50 flange type. With pressure down to 10^-6 mbar, these assemblies are perfect for a range of vacuum applications.
