The SolidSpec-3700/3700DUV spectrophotometers have three detectors which cover the range from ultraviolet to near-infrared, making highly accurate and highly sensitive spectra obtainable from ultraviolet to near-infrared.
The minimum wavelength for SolidSpec-3700DUV with its optional attachment, Direct Detection Unit DUV, is 165 nm.
The large sample compartment (900W × 700D × 350H mm) allows large samples to be measured without destroying the sample. The whole sample area 12 inch diameter or 310 × 310 mm is measurable by mounting the automatic X-Y stage (option).
