Description
The LASIT Tag Belt Laser Marker is an automatic machine with a labeling system and two conveyor belts designed to mark tags while tracking production orders. The Tag Belt has several features in common with the Tower Label X, LASIT's best-selling laser marker for the hydraulics market. It has adjustable tag loader magazines that can accommodate different tag sizes, and each loader can hold up to 400 tags.
The Pick&Place system picks up the tags with a Venturi suction cup to avoid damaging them, and the baskets are emptied and returned on the infeed conveyor to optimize production. LASIT FlyCAD software can recover each tag layout associated with a product family, and the labeler is connected to the factory's order management system, automatically printing the production orders.
