The SGSLD-1064 SLED Butterfly Device is a high-performance superluminescent diode (SLED) module designed for applications requiring stable, broadband light output and low coherence. Packaged in a hermetically sealed butterfly housing with integrated TEC, this device ensures reliable operation across demanding environments.
Operating in the 1024–1074 nm wavelength range with typical bandwidth up to 25 nm, the module delivers smooth spectral output with low ripple and excellent polarization performance. The integrated thermoelectric cooler (TEC) and thermistor enable precise temperature control, ensuring wavelength stability and consistent optical performance.
