The Crystrong DLaTGS (Deuterated L-Alanine-doped Triglycine Sulfate) crystal is a highly stable pyroelectric material widely used in infrared detection and sensing applications. Derived from TGS (Triglycine Sulfate), DLaTGS retains its superior pyroelectric coefficient and low dielectric constant while improving thermal stability through deuteration and L-alanine incorporation. Unlike standard TGS, DLaTGS crystals can lock polarization, ensuring inherent pyroelectric properties without additional polarization procedures.
