FluoSens Go is a confocal fluorescence detectors for the simultaneous measurement of two separate fluorescent dyes. The confocal optics allows contact-free measurements on surfaces and in liquids in the presence of ambient light. FluoSens Go is a plug-and-play detector equipped with stand-alone software for recording measurement results, and it can also be integrated into your device.

Our detectors set the benchmark in optical measurement technology, delivering
unmatched precision and sensitivity in both fluorescence and reflective
detection. Each detector is engineered to simultaneously detect two wavelength
combinations (i.e., two dyes) across the full spectrum from UV to IR (320 nm – 980
nm), with standard combinations including:

• Excitation 1: 470 nm / Detection 1: 520 nm (FAM)


• Excitation 2: 565 nm / Detection 2: 625 nm (ROX)


• Excitation 1: 520 nm / Detection 1: 570 nm (HEX)


• Excitation 2: 625 nm / Detection 2: 680 nm (Cy5)


• Excitation: 365 nm / Detection: 460 nm (UV fluorescence)

Excitation: 365 nm / Detection: 625 nm (Europium) Furthermore, the detectors can be customized on specific wavelengths, according to your needs. We also support our
