LiNbO3 crystal is widely used in optical waveguide and optical communication technology due to its excellent electro-optical properties. It is an ideal substrate material for many integrated optoelectronic devices.

The maximum input electric power for optical waveguide is 20dBm and the maximum input optical power is 10-100mW. The storage temperature for Q-switch is -40-70¥ and the operating temperature is -40-85¥. The aperture for Q-switch is 4x4mm.
