There are two different versions of white XP-G3 LEDs available: Standard and S Line. The Standard version delivers best-in-class TM-21 lifetimes and color stability over time, while the S Line version improves on the Standard version with better system-level reliability through switching and dimming cycles, improved resistance to sulfur exposure, and higher efficacy.

The maximum drive current for white and royal blue XP-G3 LEDs is 2000 mA, while the maximum drive current for photo red XP-G3 LEDs is 1500 mA.
