CASTECH--Super Polished Optics
Description
Super polished technology is an optical fabrication technique developed specifically to achieve minimal roughness values. CASTECH manufacture the super polished substrate which is able to achieve below 2 Ǻ roughness levels on materials such as fused silica, and optical glasses . And the roughness are measured by Zygo NewView 8300 and AFM.
