Frequently Asked Questions
The JY YAG Laser Marking Machine is a laser marker that uses advanced laser technology and a high-end diode pumped Nd:YAG laser to mark various kinds of metal and non-metal materials.
The Nd:YAG Laser source offers high reliability, long-life, high-energy conversion efficiency, high-quality beam, low power consumption, easy maintenance, and excellent marking effect.
The machine can mark common metals and alloys (all metals include iron, copper, aluminum, magnesium, zinc etc.), rare metals and alloys (gold, silver, and titanium), metal oxides, special surface treatment (phosphate, aluminum annihilating and plating surface), and non-metal materials such as ABS, Nylon, PEC, PVC, etc.
The maximum marking depth of the machine is ≤0.5mm (according to the material).
The standard marking area is 110x110mm, but there are optional marking areas of 150X150mm, 200x200mm, and 300x300mm.
