Pyrofiber Lab Automatic Emissivity Correcting IR Thermometer
OVERVIEW
The Pyrofiber® Lab Automatic Emissivity Measurement System (AEMS) non contact infrared thermometer uses the latest fiber optic sensor and pulsed laser technology to precisely measure the true target temperature measurement. While all non contact infrared thermometer instruments measure a target radiance temperature, the Pyrofiber® Lab dynamically determines a targets emissivity value resulting in unmatched temperature measurement accuracy to ±3° C. With the Pyrofiber® Lab, extremely accurate temperature measurements can be made. The Pyrofiber® Lab infrared thermometer incorporates an electronic microprocessor control unit housed in a 19″ rack mount enclosure, LCD digital display, membrane keypad, power supply, fiber optic cable and connections with a primary fiber optic sensor head and optional secondary background radiation (irradiance) sensor head. The Pyrofiber® Lab can be operated from the instrument’s keypad or remote control from a PC. The Pyrofiber’s® microprocessor control measures radiance, emissivity, and background radiance values at an extremely fast 1ms data acquisition rate.
